Bisquick Cheddar Herb Biscuits make you the most popular person in the room every time. If you’ve ever tasted Red Lobster’s Biscuits, these will have you thinking that Red Lobster is being given a run for their money. I made these for a pre-Thanksgiving feast and they literally were 1/2 gone before I could even set them on the counter to cool. The secret is to baste with melted herb butter as soon as they come out of the oven so it seeps into the biscuit as it cools. The other secret is to NOT over mix the batter. Just fold it enough times to get moist and it’s ok if there are a few small lumps left in the batter.
