This recipe is great make ahead dish. It can be marinated 1-24 hours before cooking the salmon.

Marinated Salmon

4 Servings


  • 1/3 cup(s) Orange Juice
  • 1/3 cup(s) low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup(s) hoisin garlic sauce
  • 1 tablespoon(s)Fish Sauce$2tablespoon(s)Chopped garlic
  • 2#tablespoon(s) Ground ginger in a jar, typically found in the produce section
  • 1/3 cup(s) Maple Syrup


  1. Mix all ingredients except oil
  2. Marinate salmon for 1 hour up to 24 hours. If cooking the salmon in the hour time frame, pierce a few holes in the salmon
  3. Use a shallow dish so salmon will be covered with the Marinade
  4. Grill, broil, or pan sear the salmon, about three minutes on each side. Cook skin side down last
