June 8-9, 2013  Annapolis Arts, Crafts, & Wine Festival – Annapolis, Maryland
A Celebration of The Arts and Wine!  View the juried work of over 200 artists and crafters.  Sip and purchase Maryland wines.  Listen to smooth jazz all day long — and bring the children, too, for KidsArt activities.

June 14-15, 2013  Beer, Bourbon and BBQ Festival 2013 – National Harbor, Maryland
Beer sippin’, bourbon tastin’, music listenin’, cigar smokin’, and barbeque eatin’.

June 14-25, 2013  Central MD Swinetastic BBQ Festival – Frederick, Maryland
This is a National BBQ Competition and Festival with professional BBQ teams from across the nation coming out to compete! If you think you have the skills, enter into the Backyard Ribs Contest! There will be lots of live Music, a Little Pig Zone for the kids, many Crafters & vendors, a Beer Garden and tons of delicious BBQ!

June 22, 2013  Blue Water Native Berry Festival – Baltimore, Maryland
The Herring Run Watershed Association’s event features live music, BBQ, beer and wine, berries, kids’ games, arts/crafts and a dessert contest.

July Festivals and Events in Maryland

JULY 4, 2013 – There are so many events on this day that they are too numerous to list. Virtually every community in the U.S. has a 4th of July celebration.

July 13, 2013  Taste of Cambridge Crab Cook-Off – Cambridge, Maryland
Downtown Cambridge’s biggest and crabbiest street festival of the year is the Taste of Cambridge Crab Cook-Off.  The Crab Cook-Off has local chefs prepare crab dishes and compete for top honors from ticket holders and from a panel of celebrity judges.  The street festival is free and open to all.  Buy a ticket for the Crab-Cook-Off and you’ll get a taste of each of the dishes, then you can cast your vote for your favorites.  The street festival also includes a crab-picking competition, lots of non-crab food and drink, and kids’ activities and contests.  Rain or shine!

July 17, 2013  37th Annual J. M. Tawes Crab & Clam Bake – Crisfield, Maryland
ALL YOU CAN EAT Steamed Crabs, Clams – (Steamed, Raw Bar & Fried,) Fresh Fried Fish, Onion Rings, French-Fries, Corn on the Cob, Watermelon, Pepsi, beer & water.

July 20, 2013  Cecil County Food & Wine Festival – North East, Maryland
3rd Annual Cecil Co Food & Wine Festival features Maryland wines, local food, crafts and live entertainment on the banks of the Northeast River.

August 23-Sept 2, 2013  Maryland State Fair – Timonium, Maryland
Attracting over 500,000 visitors annually, the Maryland State Fair features thoroughbred horseracing, bull riding, barrel racing, concerts, agricultural fair tours, games, rides, and more. The Fair has been a late summer tradition since 1878. Attendance: 500,000.

August 30-Sept 1, 2013  65th Annual Hard Crab Derby – Crisfield, Maryland
Held at the Somers Cove Marina. Crab races, crab cooking contest, crab picking contest, parade, skiff races, boat docking contest, crafts, carnival, games, swim meet, entertainment, fresh seafood, beverages and much more!

September 26-28, 2013  BioFach America – Organic Products Expo – Baltimore, Maryland
North America’s largest all-organic and natural show.

September 27-28, 2013  Das Best Oktoberfest – National Harbor, Maryland
Maryland’s Largest Beer Festival.  All You Care To Taste – Over 150 beers, wines and schnapps. All of your favorite craft beers and perfectly paired wines will be served to highlight the great Beer Hall theme.

Westminster, Maryland
Please mark your calendars. We will no longer have a show in May. It will now be the 3rd week of October at the same location…the Carroll County Ag Center in Westminister, MD.
