Destination Cuisine was thrilled to attend the recent media preview of Savor Sarasota, the annual restaurant week event in the Sarasota and Venice areas. Presented by Visit Sarasota County, you can find the full list of 60 participating restaurants and chefs at Lunch and dinner three course fixed menus are available for $15.00 per person for lunch and $29 per person for dinner.

Participating Chef’s Finalists in recent Iron Chef Competition

As a side note, Destination Cuisine put on an Iron Chef Event at the recent Suncoast BBQ and Bluegrass Bash and the two finalists were Marker 4 Restaurant and Fin’s at Sharky’s with Fin’s taking home the win. It was a close competition but with most contest, there can only be one winner. Fins earned the Golden Ticket which will take them to the World Food Championships in Kissimmee in November, 2015.
