Shrimp Cocktail with Bloody Mary Sorbet

Make this tobasco inspired twist on sorbet and compliment it with huge shrimp and cocktail sauce.


  • Bloody Mary Sorbet
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 cups Favorite bloody mary mix or tomato juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon TABASCO® brand Original Red Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 ounces of vodka
  • 16 Large Jumbo Shrimp


  1. Granita Instructions
  2. Combine sugar and water in a small saucepan.
  3. Cook over medium-low heat until sugar is dissolved. Cool to room temperature.
  4. Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl and stir in sugar syrup; mix well.
  5. Freeze mixture in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer's directions. (For granita, freeze mixture in freezer, scraping every few hours to help the freezing process).



Cocktail Sauce


1 cup good ketchup

3 teaspoons pure horseradish or more to taste

1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce

Mix Well
