June 1, 2013  Beer Barons’ World of Beer Festival – Milwaukee, Wisconsin
10th Anniversary.  An opportunity to taste over 200 different beers, meads,and ciders hand picked by the Beer Barons of Milwaukee and the brewers exposing their inner beer geek!  Presentations on beer, tasting, brewing, and history by professionals in the beer and brewing industry.

June 1, 2013  10th Annual Ride to Farm – Madison, Wisconsin
Ride to Farm is a 63-mile, fund-raiser bicycle ride through Dane and surrounding counties with rest stops at family farms. The event raises awareness and funds for the Wisconsin School for Beginning Dairy and Livestock Farmers. We will have fabulous prizes for top fundraisers, both individuals and teams.

June 1, 2013  Cows on the Concourse – Madison, Wisconsin
Cows on the Concourse is a Madison tradition celebrating Wisconsin’s dairy industry, taking place on Capitol Square. Meet and greet cows and baby calves from local dairy farms as you peruse the Dane County Farmers’ Market. Enjoy live music, tasty food, and fun games.

June 1, 2013  Side Pork Fest 2013 – Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin
Events include the Side Pork Cookoff, arts & crafts fair, Hog Wild Motorcycle Ride, Hog Wild Run, kids zone, and live music.

June 1-2, 2013  Annual GardenFest – La Crosse, Wisconsin
Seminars, vendors, and Ask a Master Gardener booth.

June 1-30, 2013  Wisconsin Dairy Farm Breakfasts – Statewide, Wisconsin
Every June, farmers throughout the state open their farms to visitors and serve them a big, home-cooked breakfast in celebration of June Dairy Month. It’s an incredible opportunity to spend some time “down-on-the-farm” and get a firsthand look at what makes Wisconsin’s signature industry so special.

June 6-9, 2013  31st Annual Dairyfest – Marshfield, Wisconsin
Featuring Cheese Chase 10K fundraiser for Strong Kids Campaign, ice cream social, and Country Hoot in the Zoo with bands, food, and fun for all.

June 6-9, 2013  29th Annual Sparta Butterfest – Sparta, Wisconsin
The 29th annual event will bring you the greatest fest foods, lunberjack shows, a parade, milking and other contests, art/craft/flea market, great entertainment and so much more.

June 7-8, 2013  Poor Que – Montello, Wisconsin
The Kansas City BBQ Society sanctioned, state championship competition is a non-commercialized event for pros and rookies alike. Held at Wilderness Campground.

June 7-8, 2013  Osceola Rhubarb Days – Osceola, Wisconsin
The early summer festival takes advantage of Osceola’s natural beauty as well as raising money and drawing attention to the Public Library. Activities include farmer’s market, family yoga class, movie under the stars, book sale, pancake breakfast, baking contest and more.

June 7-9, 2013  Walleye Weekend – Fond du Lac, Wisconsin
The family atmosphere of Walleye Weekend has attributed to its success, attracting over 100,000 visitors each year and making it the second largest festival in Wisconsin. Held during the Mercury Marine National Walleye Tournament, it features sporting events, national musical acts, a family fishing tournament, attractions for all ages – and of course – walleye!

June 8, 2013  Great Northern Beer Festival – Eagle River, Wisconsin
This is a great opportunity to try many different styles of beers from many different breweries. Feel free to ask questions and make plans to visit some of the many quality breweries. Many of them offer tours.

June 14, 2013  Breakfast in the Valley –  Eau Claire, Wisconsin
This annual event celebrates the importance of agriculture in our local economy. Volunteers serve breakfast to more than 3,400 people. The menu includes scrambled eggs with ham, cheese, muffins, fruit, and the traditional Breakfast in the Valley dessert of custard, corn flakes and strawberries. Other highlights include agricultural displays, a petting zoo, milk drinking and cow milking contest with local celebrities, tractor displays, and door prizes.

June 14-16, 2013  Crawford County Dairy Days – Soldiers Grove, Wisconsin
Held each year on Father’s Day weekend, the event includes a parade, horse show, tractor and truck pull, children’s pedal pull, live music, softball and volleyball tournaments, and a children’s carnival.

June 14-16, 2013  Strawberry Fest – Waupaca, Wisconsin
A family festival featuring a downtown art/craft fair with more than 100 vendors from across the Midwest, strawberry shortcake, a children’s costume contest, live entertainment, great food and more.

June 15, 2013  Beer, Bacon & Cheese Festival – New Glarus, Wisconsin
Attention foodies and anyone else with a love for some of the greatest flavors known to man! Beer, Bacon & Cheese Fest (BBC) is back by popular demand. One $30 wristband entitles you to an afternoon of sampling some of the region’s most unforgettable flavors — craft beer, specialty meat and artisan cheese — while you wander the charming streets of historic New Glarus.  Make it a BBC and New Glarus Polka Fest weekend. It also happens to be the New Glarus Polka Fest Weekend in our Swiss village.

June 15, 2013  Taste of Wisconsin 2013 – Beaver Dam, Wisconsin
A craft beer and cheese tasting event featuring only products made in Wisconsin, with over 100 beers, 60 cheeses and live entertainment.

June 15, 2013  10th Annual Leinie Lodge Family Reunion  – Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin
Free and open to the public. Craft beer lovers who travel to the reunion will mingle with the Leinenkugel family, tour the brewery and sip on adventurous brews like Leinenkugel’s best-selling seasonal, Summer Shandy and Classic Amber. Come and enjoy family, complimentary food, beer samples, food contests and entertainment.

June 15, 2013  Wisconsin Beer Lovers Festival – Glendale, Wisconsin
Join us on Father’s Day Weekend for the third annual all-Wisconsin craft beer and tasting festival. Enjoy more than 100 of Wisconsin’s finest craft beers and sample specially prepared cuisine designed to complement more than 30 unique beers from our state’s finest craft breweries.

June 15, 2013  Coon Creek Trout Fest – Coon Valley, Wisconsin
The festival will include fly fishing and tying demonstrations, lessons, a trout derby, quiet water sports, raffles, booths with artists, vendors, guides, crafts and food. There will also be a classic car show and musical entertainment throughout the day.

June 20-22, 2013  Chickenfest – Darboy, Wisconsin
Hourly chicken dance contests, wing eating contests, Chickenfest parade, midway, craft show, fireworks, children’s events and a chicken mascot that kids adore.

June 20-23, 2013  Cranberry Blossom Festival – Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin
Join us for a series of more than twenty events including live music, parades, arts and crafts, cranberry blossom tours, and of course, culinary treats featuring Wisconsin’s tart and tangy fruit, the cranberry!

June 22, 2013  26th Annual StrawberryFest – Sun Prairie, Wisconsin
Family friendly strawberry festival featuring craft fair, run/walk, breakfast/lunch, raffles, children’s carnival, computer arcade, book sale, lots of delicious strawberries, and much more!

June 22-23, 2013  Cedarburg Strawberry Festival – Cedarburg, Wisconsin
Historic Cedarburg’s 28th Annual Strawberry Festival.  Mouth-watering Strawberry Treats to try – 3 separate Arts & Crafts Shows – Live Music – Great Family Fun Event – See Website for tons more activities. Attendance: 100,000.

June 22-23, 2013  Professional Musky Tournament Trail – Eagle River, Wisconsin
The Professional Musky Tournament Trail events are the most high profile, exciting, educational and entertaining musky tournaments in the country.

June 27-30, 2013  Tour of America’s Dairyland – Muliple locations, Wisconsin
Presented by the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Boaard, the ToAD is now the largest competitive cycling event in the U.S. Traveling to 11 Wisconsin communities, it includes two road races and nine criteriums (lap races). Most venues will have at least seven races featuring 500+ racers per day. Complementing the cycling action will be free family fun activities.

June 28-30, 2013  Audacious Beer & BBQ Celebration – Hartland, Wisconsin
Hartland Hometown Celebration.  Fired Up! tasting event, premier beer & barbecue tasting, restaurant bbq cook off and judging, night of the barrels, classic car show, live music, and more.

June 28-30, 2013  12th Annual Cheese Curd Festival – Ellsworth, Wisconsin
Cheese carving and cheese curd eating contests, entertainment, truck pull, karaoke, parade, saddle club show, tractorcade, run/walk and much more.

June 28-30, 2013  Heidi Festival–Taste of New Glarus – New Glarus, Wisconsin
Join us for our annual Heidi Festival and Taste of New Glarus! The last full weekend in June. Heidi Festival weekend is filled with great food, entertainment, music, and fun for the whole family. The Heidi events are complemented by the Taste of New Glarus. Downtown streets will be lined with food stands and colorful sidewalk sale displays.

June 29-30, 2013  Blue Ribbon Cheese Fest – Mukuwonago, Wisconsin
The Elegant Farmer will host its annual festival, featuring more than 20 award-winning cheeses, tastings, and information. On Saturday come ride the rails aboard the Cheesemakers’ Train in the beautifully restored, vintage East Troy Electric Railroad’s Dinner Car for cheese sampling, beer & wine, and a cheesemaker’s talk.

July 4, 2013 There are so many events on this day that they are too numerous to list. Virtually every community in the U.S. has a 4th of July celebration.

July 12-14, 2013  41st Annual Trempealeau Lions Catfish Days – Trempealeau, Wisconsin
The Tempealeau Lions host this annual family event that has concessions, food & music and a carnival for three days.  Other things available are:  Bike tour, motorcycle tour, 5-10k walk/run, bass & walleye tournament, variety show, arts & crafts, flea market, car show, softball tournament, kids tent, volley ball tournament, parade and fire works.

July 13, 2013  Eagle River Area Festival of Flavors – Eagle River, Wisconsin
Showcasing Wisconsin products, local goods, culinary artisans, Wisconsin wineries and cheese producers.  Plus, an expo of the healthful aspects of food and fitness. The festival is held annually in Eagle River, Wisconsin.

July 20, 2013  Annual Port Fish Day – Port Washington, Wisconsin
Nine service and fraternal organizations serve 10,000 pounds of deep fried cod the traditional Wisconsin Fish Fry style.  Over 13,000 pounds of fried potatoes complement the fish. Huge parade, run, fireworks, five music stages, arts & crafts fair, classic car & custom rod show, water fight competition, “fish toss” competition and smoked fish-eating contest. July 20, 2013  Milwaukee Firkin Craft Beer Festival –  Milwaukee, Wisconsin
More than 100 beers to sample, more than 40 cask conditioned ales, historic Milwaukee brewing exhibits, breweriana on display, beer historian Len Jurgensen, home brew sampling, and ArtMilwaukee beer inspired art.

July 20-21, 2013  Old Fashioned Farm Fair – Mukuwonago, Wisconsin
Kids of all ages are invited to the fair to play old fashioned games like cloths pin in a bottle, needle in a haystack or participate in the ever-popular pie eating contest.  Take a pony ride or train ride aboard the East Troy Electric Railroad.  Enjoy the fair’s farm-fresh roasted corn, grilled brats & hot dogs, ice cream in hand rolled waffle cones, caramel corn and much more.

July 21, 2013  6th Annual Big Taste Milwaukee – Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Attendees will enjoy all-inclusive food from twenty-plus Milwaukee area restaurants … all while taking in spectacular views of Festa Italiana’s finale fireworks display from the lakefront terrace at Pier Wisconsin.  Milwaukee’s top chefs will once again be dishing out small plate sample portions of their most popular menu items for you to indulge in.

Savor the flavors of more than 40 specialty food and beverage vendors, all serving up true Wisconsin specialties to satisfy even the most discerning appetites! July 26-28, 2013  Deer Fest – Oshkosh, Wisconsin
Whether you are a hard core deer hunter or just a casual whitetail enthusiast there will be something for everyone–from the “World’s Largest Deer Store” to celebrity appearances, exhibits, shooting contest and demonstrations to hundreds of huge whitetail mounts and “Deer Theater” along with all the food and drink you care to enjoy.

July 27, 2013  4th Annual Milwaukee Brewfest – Milwaukee, Wisconsin
This year we will have unlimited sampling of over 250 craft beers and micro brews from across the country.  Back by popular demand, the 2013 Milwaukee Brewfest will also have a special German Row.  We are also excited to announce a Cider Row for festival participants to enjoy as well.  Although everyone comes for the beer, we’ll have a number  of on-site activities for added entertainment including:  Live musical performances – Crowning of the 2013 Milwaukee Brewfest Queen – A variety of foods available for purchase from local restaurants and vendors – Food sampling from various Wisconsin-based companies – Displays by a number of local artists and craftsmen.

ACS 30th Anniversary: In a Dairy State of Mind.  Annual competition, educational sessions on a wide range of topics relevant to the industry, tasting and pairing sessions, and Meet the Cheesemaker showcase. The Festival of Cheese showcases over 1,600 cheeses and gourmet foods.

August 1-11, 2013  162nd Wisconsin State Fair – West Allis, Wisconsin
The State Fair, which annually welcomes nearly 900,000 visitors, features Ag Village with an average of 6,000-8,000 animals on display and in competition. Wisconsin’s largest agricultural showcase is rounded out with educational programs on agriculture and renewable energy, milking demonstrations and much more.  Our world famous and delectably delicious Cream Puffs are a treat hundreds of thousands look forward to all year. There’s no shortage of entertainment offerings with 30 FREE stages highlighting a broad range of genres. Attendance: 900,000.

August 16-18, 2013  28th Annual National Championship Musky Open
Eagle River, Wisconsin
A very exciting family oriented catch and release musky tournament held on 6 different lake families.

August 24, 2013  5th Annual Wine & Vine, Etc. – St. Francis, Wisconsin
The 5th Annual Wine & Vine, 4-8pm is a celebration of the 101-year-old grape arbor built in 1912. Join two Bay View traditions, the Sisters of St. Francis of Assisi and Groppi’s Food Market at the Sisters of St. Francis of Assisi Convent Arbor, 3221 S. Lake Drive, St. Francis, Wisconsin. Fountain City, Alma, Stockholm, Prescott, Trempealeau, Wisconsin

December 8, 2013 Santa Hustle 5K  – Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Be a part of one of the largest growing races as thousands of Santas will hit the streets of Milwaukee at the Second Annual Santa Hustle 5k Run/Walk at Veteran’s Park on Sunday, December 8, 2013 at 9:00 A.M. **Course still being determined, location subject to change. Every participant will receive a free Santa hat, beard, and customized Santa dri-fit shirt to wear while running. Come out out for a morning of outrageous holiday decorations, festive music, and a large after party!
