Prosciutto Pear Cups

Super Easy and fun recipe. Promises to be a big hit.


  • 6 ounces prosciutto, sliced thick
  • 2 ripe bartlett pears, cubed
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 4 ounces blue cheese or gorgonzola
  • Quality aged balsamic for drizzle (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Cut prosciutto into 24 two-inch squares
  3. Place one square (overlapping any tears) in each cup of a cupcake tin
  4. Bake until fat turns golden, about 7-8 minutes.
  5. Using a fork, immediately transfer to a paper towel to drain, cool completely
  6. In a small bowl, combine pear and juice. Place 1/2 teaspoon mixture in each cup just before serving.
  7. Top with blue cheese or gorgonzola
  8. Drizzle with aged balsamic
